Overall excellent experience. Positive: Great location! The facilities were very clean and the host is super attentive. Negative: The plates and utensils were not clean.

The property was very clean and everything looked brand new. The place was right across the street from the beach which was perfect. The property manager was very responsive and made sure everything was going great. It was our first time staying in Sunset Beach and we will definitely be back!

We picked this spot because it is literally right across the street from our favorite beach spot in the St. Pete area. Stayed with our college aged daughter. Location was perfect for us. Literally able to walk back and forth from the beach all day to get drinks, etc. Nice updated space. Not huge but definitely comfortable for the three of us. We cooked quite a bit including using the grills around the pool area. Publix is just a short 5 minute drive away. If beach bar scene is your vibe, Caddy’s is just a 10 minute walk down the beach, I liked that all of the units pretty much have their own outdoor grill space. This is a nice quaint group of rental cottages. The other guests were polite and was quiet at night. We’d definitely stay again especially for the proximity to the beach and the reasonable price for the location.

The property was very well maintained and convenient to the beach restaurants and shops. Easy dedicated parking. Transaction through VRBO/Expedia was a little less than smooth. I would come back next time in the area.
