Positive: Location Negative: Your staff charging $75.00 for the parking pass. Really??

Awesome location for a family vacation. Easy walk to beach across the street, ability to rent chairs and umbrella were perfect, and Sunset beach was so close to st Pete beach places we like to visit and as well as Madeira Beach etc. We had a problem with the front door lock and appliances and Mgt responded asap. We would definitely stay again, we had a great time!

Nice spot on Treasure Island. Conveniently located, right across from beach. Beds were a little hard and the wi-fi didnt work all weekend, but those were the only outliers we experienced. Was nice to be able to come back to property after beach and relax in the pool area for a while. Overall a great place to stay. Walking distance to The Tiki & Caddy's, and a short Uber ride to SeaDog Brewery.

The property was very cute and across the street from the beach, just as I had hoped. The property was clean with plenty of linens and the kitchen was stocked with supplies. The other guests were very nice. I would add 1 cutting board to the kitchen and also list everything that is available in the kitchen (even down to the can opener that is there) this is so helpful when packing to know exactly what is there. Upon immediate inspection of the clean bathroom I found a German cockroach under the sink in the bathroom and then later, 1 on the kitchen wall (the small cockroach type, not palmetto bugs). We enjoyed to pool very much but would have liked to use the jets on the jacuzzi (they did not work). I also never heard the pool filter running and we were in the pool a long time. I am not sure if the pool filter was working? Our overall experience was excellent. I would just have the exterminator come more frequently and check the pool filter. Thank you
